Trail Ridge Middle School is launching Overdrive! The digital library is currently open for all SVVSD staff and students for digital copies the district has purchased. There are over $200,000 worth of eBooks and AudioBooks available. Including over 22,000 copies for middle and high school students. The Digital Commons Staff is working on a video to help students log on, navigate, and check out titles. This should be ready for viewing by next week. ITAC consists of district leaders, school administrators, teachers, school staff, and parents who serve on one of two Instructional Technology Advisory Committees. Beginning next week, TRMS will be initiating a PBiS program throughout our classrooms,, hallways, bathrooms, office, and lunchroom. PBiS stands for School-wide Positive Behavior Support. Geography club will meet on Fridays, from 3-4pm in the Digital Commons Mac Lab.
We have over 35 students registered for the club. This is the most interest we have had in all the years of Geography club! At the last two Geography Bees, even with a limited number of participants, we won and were runner ups respectively.
