Open Enrollment for 2015-2016 school year

Trail Ridge Middle School will be accepting open enrollment applications for the 2015-2016 school year. For information and specifics please visit the St. Vrain Valley School District Enrollment page.

Student Fees

Updated Student fees for second semester have been loaded in Infinite Campus. Please review the fees for your students as soon as possible. Fees can be paid online through the revtrak system.

iPad Insurance

This is a reminder that the 2nd semester has begun.  Now is the time to pay for the second installment of your child's iPad insurance.  Please note that this insurance covers iPad damages. In addition, iPads must be in their case with the screen protector on at all times for insurance to be valid. It does not include insurance for a lost or stolen iPads. Please log onto parent/student portal to find the balance due.  To pay the fee,  please click here to go to the online payments.

Digital Diet

Beginning in the second semester, we are implementing an additional support for students who might be struggling staying up with their academics. Students who have two or more D or F grades will be placed on a "Digital Diet" with their iPads. This means that they will meet with their academic counselor and all non-academic apps will be deleted from their iPads. They will remain on this "diet" until they raise their grades, and will not be able to add any apps without administrator permission. If you would like to investigate how to set restrictions on your child’s iPad look through the LTP Parent FAQs and Parental Restrictions links.

Congratulations to our Robotics Team who were awarded the Judges Award at the Robotics Tournament held at Westview Middle School last Saturday. The award is a combination of verbal interview, robotic engineering, sportsmanship, and collaboration.

We are looking for volunteers to speak at our monthly TRMS PowerTalks. It is our version of TEDtalks. Any expert is welcome. The format is a 20 minute talk followed by a Q & A session. PowerTalks happen on the first Thursday of each month. If you or someone you know might be interested in presenting please email Kara Jostes, to find out more.
