The continued safety, well-being, and success of our students, teachers, staff, and community has always been our top priority as we navigate the complex and evolving coronavirus crisis. To this end, we are updating our reopening plan to begin the school year in a fully online-learning model for all students which will continue through the last week of September. All students in grades 1-12 will begin on August 18, kindergarten students will begin on August 20.
Trail Ridge Families,
September is upon us and just like that, the school year is in full swing! Thank you to all for helping us get off to a great start. It is so awesome to watch our students grow and they have done a fabulous job adjusting to the start. We are very proud of them!
I’d encourage all parents and guardians to take advantage of the positive momentum built at the beginning of the year and develop the practices that will help the students remain successful throughout the year. Checking Infinite Campus and Schoology regularly and maintaining an expectation that the students complete their homework will pay off with huge dividends.
Parent Conferences are scheduled for the beginning of October, and more information will be sent home in the coming weeks. Please take advantage of the opportunity to stay in communication with your childs’ teachers. The best part is that you do not need to wait for conferences. All teachers and staff can be contacted via email or calling the school office. We are here to help!
Enjoy the last few days of this hot weather!
Eddie Cloke, Principal

State of St. Vrain Valley & National Trends in Education
St. Vrain Valley Schools is one of the fastest growing and most innovative school districts in the nation. This is a result of strong leadership and a commitment to strengthening infrastructure, technology, high-quality instruction and overall student achievement.
This success is also built upon interconnected partnerships with our teachers, staff, students, parents, business and corporate partners, and elected officials. As St. Vrain launches the start of the 2017-2018 school year, St. Vrain Valley Schools’ Superintendent, Don Haddad, Ed.D., will host a series of community discussions beginning in early September. These meetings will focus on student achievement, infrastructure and growth, financial accomplishments, and local and national trends in education.
