From the Principal. . .
Can you believe it? We are officially in the home stretch. With only five weeks left in the school year, the finish line is finally in sight. It has been an incredible year of growth, and we are so proud of everything our students have accomplished so far.
CMAS: That’s a Wrap!
First and foremost, a huge shout-out to our students for their hard work during CMAS testing. They showed up, stayed focused, and gave it their all. Seeing their dedication to doing their best was a highlight of the month, and we are thrilled with the effort they put into every session.
The Big Event: 8th Grade Continuation
For our 8th-grade families, the moment we’ve all been waiting for is almost here. Please mark your calendars for this special milestone:
- Date: Thursday, May 21st
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Purpose: Celebrating our 8th graders as they prepare to head off to high school!
We are so excited to honor their journey and send them off with the celebration they deserve. Stay tuned for more specific details regarding arrival and seating as we get closer to the date.
Finishing Strong
With so many end-of-year activities, field trips, and celebrations on the horizon, it’s easy to let the “Summer Countdown” take over. However, we need our students to keep their foot on the gas!
- Keep Working: There are still final projects, assessments, and key lessons to wrap up.
- Behavior Matters: We want everyone to participate in the upcoming fun, so remind your students that staying focused and respectful in the classroom is the best way to ensure they don’t miss out on any festivities.
- Finish Well: Let’s end this “great school year” on a high note by maintaining the same work ethic that got us this far.
It’s been a fantastic year, and we can’t wait to make these last five weeks the most memorable ones yet. Thank you for your continued support! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
Sincerely,
Eddie Cloke, Principal

TRMS PTO News. . .
The PTO is an important way to show how much we value our energetic and dedicated Trail Ridge teachers and staff. Consider joining us! We need two more members to keep the PTO alive for next year. Meetings occur about 4-5 times a year and can accommodate your schedule. The main goals are providing teacher meals during conferences and Teacher Appreciation Week, and raising money for extra items not in the school’s budget. Please consider supporting our Grizzly community in this way, and reply to this email if you are interested.
As we gear up to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week, we want to ensure our teachers feel truly valued for their dedication and hard work. While preparing individual meals may not be feasible, we’re excited to announce that we’ve set up a donation link specifically for monetary contributions towards Teacher Appreciation Week! Your donations will go towards providing special treats and meals to show our teachers how much we appreciate them.
Trail Ridge Middle School Teacher Appreciation Week
Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a difference in making Teacher Appreciation Week memorable for our teachers.
Thank you for your support,
TRMS PTO
