I grew up in Longmont, and graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Music Education in 2017. I worked as a substitute teacher in both St. Vrain and Adams 12 for five years while I was a professional drummer, and have been at TRMS since 2022. I teach orchestra, school of rock, and history of rock.

My wife, Amber, is also a music teacher and works at Blue Mountain Elementary. I have three boys named Luke, Jack, and Finn. In my free time I like to listen to music, read, cook, and play video games.
