From the Principal. . .
As the calendar year draws to a close, we are actively preparing for the end of the 2nd Quarter. This is a crucial time academically, as all students will be completing the latest round of iReady Math (Dec 9) and Reading Diagnostics (Dec 10). These assessments are vital for measuring student growth and informing instructional planning for the next semester. Please ensure your student gets plenty of rest and eats a good breakfast on those mornings so they can perform their best! We also want to thank you in advance for your continued support as we head toward the winter break.
We encourage all families to participate in our annual Canned Food Drive, running from December 8th through December 16th. This is a wonderful opportunity for our school community to give back and support local families during the holiday season. Finally, please make note of our holiday schedule: Winter Holidays begin on Monday, December 22nd, and run through January 5th. Students will return to school on Tuesday, January 6th, rested and ready to start the second semester!
Happy Holidays!
Sincerely,
Mr. Cloke
