Hello!

This is my 4th year at Trail Ridge Middle School teaching 6th grade science. Before TRMS, I studied elementary education at the University of Northern Colorado and taught a section of 2nd graders in the spring of 2021. In the classroom I blend an elementary style of instruction with the rigorous scientific concepts students learn in 6th grade.

I coach the volleyball, boys basketball, girls basketball, and track and field teams at Trail Ridge. I help assist with robotics, student council, and PTO.

Outside of school, my main priority is my dog and best friend Bill; who encourages me to read, play the guitar, take long walks, and stop to smell the roses. Bill and I study the works of Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Avatar the Last Airbender on a regular basis.
