Dear Trail Ridge Families,

Please review the following information for back to school information.

Back to School - Important Dates

All sixth graders and new students to TRMS will start school on Tuesday, August 15th from 7:45 a.m. – 2:50 p.m. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. Students do not need backpacks or supplies on this first day, however if they do not purchase hot lunch they may bring their own lunch. Our new students in 7th and 8th grade will be dismissed at 12:00 at the conclusion of lunch. 

Planned Systems Outage Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

Time Frame: Friday, July 28, 12:00 noon to Monday, July 31 6:00 am

Description: Generally all online systems will be unavailable as DTS and O&M perform major maintenance on the district’s technology infrastructure.

Affected Systems: The following is a partial list of the systems that will be unavailable during this time.

2016-2017 Report Cards

The 2016-17 Report cards will only be available for printing at home through Wednesday, July 26th.  After that date please contact your child's school to have it printed.

Please review the following information for the final week of school.

Yearbooks – Final Call
Yearbook online sales will be closed Friday (TONIGHT) at midnight and the remainder of the yearbooks will be for sale on Monday after school. Students can purchase them for $40 and checks can be made out to Trail Ridge Middle School.

Fees – Final Call
Student Fee Reports went home with students again today. This is the final call to get all fees paid prior to the end of the year. You can access the online system through our website, or by visiting the front office.

ITAC: You're Invited

The Instructional Technology Advisory Committee (ITAC) is looking for additional members to join and help us refine our district-wide plan for instructional technology.

Free and Reduced Applications--School year 2017-2018

Families have the opportunity to apply for the Free and Reduced lunch program on-line. To apply on-line click here for the 2017-2018 school year. Applications can be picked up at the school in August, 2017.  Only one application is needed per household.

Experience robotics in St. Vrain on March 9

Do you ever miss that sense of exploration and curiosity you had as a kid? If the answer is ‘yes,’ we have the event for you. St. Vrain Valley Schools is hosting its first ever VEX Robotics Showcase from 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, March 9. Open to the public, the event an evening of the same fun, hands-on robotics play, learning and experimentation that St. Vrain students relish day-in and day-out, in both class and extracurricular settings.
