Trail Ridge Parent Newsletter – October 28, 2022

Trail Ridge Families,

Congratulations to the 107 TRMS students who reached a 4.0 grade point average for the first quarter! It is so awesome to witness the hard work and dedication of these young people and the importance they put on their own growth! Additionally, we want to recognize the almost 400 students who had a 3.0 GPA or higher. Great work all around and a great start to the school year.

Here are a few events in the coming days here at TRMS:

  • Monday, October 31st is Halloween. Students are allowed to wear their costumes if they choose. However, we do not allow any blood, gore, weapons or masks. Additionally, all costumes must still honor our dress code.
  • Next Wednesday, November 2nd will be our next Late Start Day. School will begin promptly at 10:15 am
  • We are looking forward to one of our favorite events here at Trail Ridge, as we prepare for our annual Veteran’s Day assembly. On Friday, November 11th we will be joined by some local veterans and will celebrate them and their sacrifice for our country. This is always such a popular event!
  • Homework Club is available for all students to attend. Mondays and Fridays, students can attend from 7am-7:30am, while on Wednesdays and Thursdays we offer the 3:00-4:00 time slot. Encourage your student to attend if they need extra support or just a quiet place to study.

We are always grateful for the support of our community. Let us know how we can continue to help your kids be successful!
